He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mueller and Myrtle Mueller (Hawkins); his wife Mary Ellen; his siblings, Joanna, Elnora, Marvin and Almeda; and his close friend Roland Miller.
He is survived by: his son Carl (Cathy Mueller) of La Place; his granddaughter Christy Pentzien (Jeff) of Edinburg; his great grandchildren, Willow, Meadow and Reed; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Largent (Vicki), Danny Largent, Kenny Largent, Steve Bland, Marcia White and Michele Schaub (Rich); and his cousins, Sherri Mathias (Steve), Jerry Wright (Pam) and Mary Thacker (Carl Thacker, Jr.).
