William Murray Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Murray of Centralia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 24, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Murray and Mildred Murray; his wife Madeline Fender; and his brother Jerry Murray. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Murray of Springfield Illinois, Kevin Murray (Lynn) of Niceville Florida and Elizabeth Murray; and his brothers, Jim Murray (Sheila) and Charlie Murray (Kay) of Cresent Springs, Kentucky.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your favorite veteran's charity organization.
