He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Carr, Sr. and Edna Venita Carr (Dilg). He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Sillars; his wife Patricia "Pat" Carr of Centralia; his children, Rebecca "Becky" Froneyberger (Ryan) of Munster and Andrew "Andy" Robert Carr (Rachele) of Shiloh; his grandchildren, Ayden, Adelyn, Archer and Maddox; his brothers, Richard "Dick" Carr (Mary) of Ohio and Michael "Mike" Carr (Sandy) of Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, James "Jim" Sillars (Marilyn) of Rushville, Connie Buerk (Jerry) of Tower Hill and Gail Morgason of Smithton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Centralia American Legion Post 446 and the Centralia Humane Society and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Carr Family.
