He is survived by: his parents, David Bivens of Odin and Tina Bates of Centralia; his grandmother Rose Bates of Centralia; his son Ethan Bivens of Highland; and his brothers, Jeffrey Bivens of Centralia, David Bivens of Arizona, Sam Bivens of Nebraska, Jarret Bivens of Urbana, Benjamin Bivens of Washington and Brian Bivens of Odin. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
