It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Whittenburg of Centralia, Illinois, born in Richview, Illinois, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Newman and Florence Newman (Kemp); her husband Wayne Whittenburg; and her siblings, Harold Newman, Gary Newman, Evelyn Green and Helen Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Whittenburg (Karen) of Ellis Grove, IL, Dennis Whittenburg (Renee) of Chester, IL and Denise Barnett (Murfin) of Midland, TX; her grandchildren, Valerie Frese, Jennifer Cowan, Brandon Wright, Shane Barnett, Kyle Barnett and Whitney Barnett; and her siblings, Kenneth Newman, Kathryn James, Ronnie Newman, Keith Newman and Tommy Newman. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
