He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ronna McPhail; and his great-grandparent Venita Maxfield (Neen). He is survived by: his grandfather Jim; his parent Tara Maxfield; his girlfriend Myra Gallatin; his daughters, Ari Taylor and Ronna Marie Halla Maxfield; and his aunt Jesse McPhail of Chicago.
There will be no service due to the CoVid pandemic.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Tyler's honor to Irvin Macz Funeral Home to assist the family with expenses.
