He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mifflin and Dixie Mifflin (White). He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Garner; his children, Jamie Rimel, Morgan Shera (Mac), Taylor Silvas (Martin) and Trever Mifflin (Kloey Ryan); his grandchildren, Zaedyn, Johnny Silvas and Lane Rimel; and his siblings, Sandra Zurcher (Rodney), Shelby Frey (Shelton), Doug Mifflin (Shelly) and Bobby Mifflin (Trish).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Six Lemons in Tony's memory and will be accepted by the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, Illinois 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Mifflin family.
