He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Miller; and his grandparents, Chester Miller, Sr., Gladys Miller, Ernest "Smitty" Smith and Grace Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Delores Miller (Smith) of Centralia; his wife Faith Russell-Miller of Centralia; his children, Scott Miller of Centralia, Sarah Miller of Centralia, Chris Smothers of Centralia, Alexis Cooksey (Chris Folmsbee) of Centralia and Travis Cooksey of Centralia; his grandchildren, Arianna, T. J., Isabelle, Brooklyn, Easton, Layton, Kody, Kace and Serayah; and his siblings, Mike Miller (Leighann) of Centralia, Mitch Miller (Tammy) of Centralia, Steve Miller (Melissa) of Benton and Tammy Hensley (Craig) of Centralia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends.
