Cagle of Centralia; his children, Dana Ward (Roy) of Centralia, Tom Cagle, Jr. (Mary) of Centralia, Gina Cagle of Harviell and Kelly Capps (Darryl) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Andrea Siegler (Tom) of Centralia, Ryan Ward of Centralia, Zac Cagle (LeAnna) of Centralia, Tucker Cagle of Centralia, Abbi Capps (Caleb Wehking) of Newburgh and Maddi Capps of Centralia; and his great grandchildren, Julie, Allison and Zayden.
