He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurene Gebczyk (Lawrence) and Theodore A. Gebczyk, Sr.; and his siblings, Kevin Gebczyk and Sandi Bell. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Craig; his children, John Felty of Centralia, James Felty (Shelley) of Centralia, Sherry Felty of Sandoval, Angie Lazare of Durango and Kelly Miller (Lee) of Warrens, Wisconsin; his sisters, Gail Dvorak of Tomah and Jackie Sullivan of Marengo, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Kathryn Gebczyk of Tomah, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Gebczyk's honor to American Heart Association and will be received at the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
