He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Ethel Finley (DeSelms); his daughter Tracy Finley; and his brother Robert Finley. He is survived by: his former wife Melody Yates; his spouse Gidget Crundwell; his sons, Curtis Finley (Terri Krein) of Odin and Travis Finley of Odin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Carson Lee Finley, Colten Lee Finley and Kyler Lee Finley; and his siblings, Billy Finley (Sandra) of Centralia, Glenda Sanders (Mike) of Centralia, Patty Berning (Jerry) of Walnut Hill and Janet Huffman (Jesse) of Noble, Illinois..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mr. Finley's honor to the American Cancer Society and will be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
