She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Mae Lewis (Veitch) and Donald Lewis, Sr.; and her siblings, Joe Lewis, Donnie Lewis, Danny Lewis and Barbara Quick.
She is survived by: her boyfriend John Felty of Centralia, Illinois; her children, Geneva Alexander of Ewing, Illinois and Joseph Alexander of Ewing, Illinois; her grandchildren, MacKenzie Duff of Ewing and Kaitlynn Duff of Ewing, Illinois; her siblings, William "Billy" Lewis of Ontario, Canada and Gail Greeley-Smith of Portland; and her sister-in-law Deborah Sieling Lewis of Lyons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ms. Alexander's honor to the American Cancer Society and will be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home in Centralia, Illinois.
