Stephen Douglas Nail Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen Douglas Nail of Centralia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nail and Myrtle Nail (Bryan); and his siblings, Barbara Nail and Vance Nail. He is survived by: his wife Teresa F. Stretch; his children, Amber Nail of Centralia and Derrick Nail of Centralia; and his siblings, Delbert "Glenn" Nail of New Minden, Donna "FaRuth" (Dennis Huckaba), Frances (Keith Walker), Linda (Mike Johnson) and Dennis (Lisa Nail). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Church of Christ (1640 E McCord St, Centralia, IL 62801). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Stephen's honor to the family's wishes and will be accepted at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
