Shirley L. Barnhart Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2024, at the age of 88, Shirley L. Barnhart of Centralia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Reimer and Adaline Reimer (Kirchner); and her husband Weldon "Barney" Barnhart. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Weldon Barnhart of Lenexa, Kansas, Donald Dean Barnhart (Melissa) of Fishers, Indiana and Gayla Marie Jackson of Centralia; her daughter-in-law Joy Barnhart of Bradenton, Florida; and her grandchildren, Angela Hull (Ryan) of El Dorado, KS, Lori Heinze (Jared) of Overland Park, Ryan Barnhart (Eilish) of Cowes, Isle of Wight, UK, Emma Feick (Wylan) of Fishers, Spencer Barnhart of Fishers, Callie Jackson of Urbana and Dr. Brittany Dobill (Dustin) of Mulkeytown.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home (235 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
