She was predeceased by: her parents, Isabelo Del Carmen and Flora Del Carmen (Tantoco); her spouse Dr. Avelino Raquiza Lazo; and her siblings, Ruperto Del Carmen, Filemon Del Carmen, Francisco Del Carmen, Semplicio, Isabelita Pineda and Luz Rivera.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Lazo (Janice) of Centralia, Dr. Edward C. Lazo (Sally) of Ocala, Mary Janet Stedelin (Patrick) of Centralia and Dina Lazo-Sanders (Jon) of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Christina Lazo, Mariel Duran (Heriberto), Andrew Lazo, Talman Stedelin, Brittany Lazo, Dexter Lazo, Deonna Lazo, Damarion Lazo, Iverick Lazo, Armani Lazo and Summer Leilani Sanders; and her sisters, Gloria Reburiano, Estelita Escamillan, Nenita Guevarra and Teresita Uy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Mary's Church and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Lazo Family.
