He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Jackson Meeks and Ibby Perkins; his siblings, Eunice Morris, Henderson Meeks, John Meeks, Joe Sam Meeks, Ivoe Meeks and Faye Meeks; his son Roscoe Meeks, Jr.; and his granddaughters, Kelsye Meeks and Tina Meeks.
He is survived by: his children, Erwin J. Meeks and Ibby D. Meeks; his wife Linda Meeks of Centralia; his children, Gregory Bee (Melanie), Craig Bee, Shirley Hudson (Henry), Darrell Meeks and Michael Meeks; and his siblings-in-law, Reba E. Dabney and Algie Dabney, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
