He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hixenbaugh and Alma Opal Hixenbaugh (Friend); his former wife Belle Bernice (Coil); his wife Marlene Turner; and his brothers, Noah Hixenbaugh, Jimmey Hixenbaugh, Raymond Hixenbaugh Jr., Bill Hixenbaugh, Allen Hixenbaugh and Roy Hixenbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Hixenbaugh (Vicki Eslick) of Oklahoma, Marty Hixenbaugh (Rita) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Jeannie Jones (Rick) of Walnut Hill, Illinois; his grandchildren, Scott Charron, Kenneth Charron (Sandy), Kevin Charron (Vicky), Keith Jones (Abbey) and Christanna Brown (Greg); his great grandchildren, Devin, Bryan, Chris, Kendra, Gavin, Alexis, Jason, Emma, Gauge, Boedi, Jaleigh, Jacelynn, Hunter and Andrew; his great great grandchildren, Ryan and Coralee; and his siblings, Donald Hixenbaugh, David Hixenbaugh, Larry Hixenbaugh, Linnie "Butch" Hixenbaugh, Jerry "Terry" Hixenbaugh, Gary Hixenbaugh, Mark Hixenbaugh, Lonnie Hixenbaugh, Linda and Brenda. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
