With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Herman of Centralia, Illinois, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Herman and Helen L. Herman (Libbie); and his sister Shirley Kelley. He is survived by: his close friend Tammie Johnson of Centralia; his children, Carl Herman (Lisa) of Colchester, IL., Christopher Herman of Pulaski, TN, Jason Herman of Moline, IL, John Haberman (Kristina) of Hollister, MO. and Millissa Gilfillan (Pat) of Prairie City, IL.; and his grandchildren, Dalton Phillips, Karlee Herman, Chiann Helton, Matt Billingsley, Amanda, Elizabeth Gilfillan, Gaige and Kerrstin Haberman. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and be accepted at Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 N. Sycamore Street.
