He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Randall and Wilma Randall (Heytz); his brother Paul Randall; his niece Nikkie Howard; his parents-in-law, Thomas Barney Loyd, Betty Loyd (Turner) and Evelyn Loyd; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Loyd, Ron Loyd, Randy Loyd (Bonnie McClelland), Myra Jean Isom, Shirley Hollingshead, Myrtle Loyd and Carol Sue Loyd.
He is survived by: his significant other Gayle Anne Loyd; his siblings, David (Camille Randall) of Terre Haute, Richard (Pat Randall) of Hulbert, James (Donna Randall) of Richmond, Michael (Susan Randall) of Independence, Kansas and Sissy Divinia Howard of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and his siblings-in-law, Marty Loyd (Nikki), JoAnne Daily (Loyd) of DeKalb, Billie June Hadley (Loyd) of Kileen and Alma Strade of Centralia, Illinois.
Memorials may be made in Robert's honor to Grace Church and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
