He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Kolesar (J. J.) of Staunton, IL; his grandchildren, Carly and Carter; his sisters, Roberta Bowen and Kim Booth (Randy); and his friend Jack Trainor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
