He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Robert Miller and Eunice Miller (Badgett); his former wife Debra "Debbie" Kay Miller; and his uncle James Columbus Hall. He is survived by: his wife Marla Miller (Decker) of Centralia; his stepbrother Cevin Dugan (Mary) of Ashley, IL; and his nieces and nephews, Cevin L. Dugan (Jesslyn) of Ashley, IL, Courtney Dugan (Renee) of Germantown, IL, Cateri Hellige (Andrew) of Breese, IL and Calista Harris (A. J.) of Nashville, IL.
Memorials may be made to the Ashley Community of Faith Church in Ashley, IL and will be accepted at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren.
