He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Shipley and Irma Shipley (Armstrong); and his brothers, Darwin and Jack. He is survived by: his former wife Carol Sisson of Centralia; his wife Cathy Stevenson; his grandson Rick Shipley (Tanya) of Inlet Beach; his great grandchildren, Allyson, Tyler and Madyson; his grandson Reid Shipley (Shannon) of Centralia; his children, Ryan, Caleb (Miranda) and Renae Killion (Bryon) of Okawville; his grandchildren, Brendan, Carter and Avery; his daughter Tonya Meadows (Curtis) of O'Fallon; and his grandchildren, Paxton, Emery and Crue. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Oil Belt Christian Service Camp in Flora IL, Centralia High School Booster Club, Calumet Street Christian Church, or to Youngs Chapel Christian Church and will be accepted by the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Shipley Family.
