He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Offill and Mildred Offill (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Donna Offill; his children, Todd Ray Offill (Marsali), Trent Ray Offill (Suzanne), Kevin Ray Offill (Shannon) and Kara Jean Regnier of Centralia, IL; and his sisters, Linda Olsinski (Robert), Debby Burks (Roger) and Sandy McGhee (Dave). He is also survived by grandchildren; 12 adorable great-grandchildren with one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made in Ray's honor to Six Lemons, a local organization that helps families whose lives have been touched by cancer, and will be accepted at the funeral home in Centralia.

“Over the years i've thought about ray but could never locate him. We served in the air force where we went to tech school in amarillo and then on to 18 month tour in turkey and finally back to randolph for two years and separated from the af the same day.
