He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Smith and Ruth A. Smith (Lackey); and his wife Elaine Edwards. He is survived by: his close friend Dawn Lewis; his siblings, Chuck Smith (Katrina Beard) of McLeansboro, Illinois and Lisa Zawojski (Mark) of New Melle, Missouri; his nephew Michael Smith of Fort Myers, Florida; his nieces, Kelly Crosby (Sam) of Marion and Lacy Lonero (Jason) of St. Peters, Missouri; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Conner Lonero, Addison Lonero, Ellie Lonero, Emily Smith, Brayden Crosby and Calan Crosby. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors or Centralia Humane Society and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to Randy's Family.
