He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Hilton and Ruby Hilton (Boatright); his significant other Nancy Meyer; and his siblings, Jerry Hilton and Rosalie Slusher.
He is survived by: his siblings, James "Butch" Hilton (Shelley) and Diane Hawley (Bill); and his close friends, Jacob, Brooke and Hazel Johnson of Salem. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
