She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Maddox and Wilmoth Maddox (Schmidt). She is survived by: her sons, Kim Logan of Centralia and Rodney Logan of Bulls Gap, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Lori, Lisa Wallace (Van), Mallory, Tyler (Sarah) and Anders; her great grandchild Maci Wallace; and her daughters-in-law, Lanna Logan and Pam Logan.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home Inc. (235 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801).
