He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Lavern Burr and Mary Jeanette Burr (Hamm); his siblings, Myrna Saldeen and Larry LaVern Burr; his brother-in-law Ralph Todd; and his nephews, Tim Thompson and Jamie.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Burr (Heugel) of Sandoval; his children, Heather Heugel of Centralia, Cecil Buck Burr of Sandoval and Hannah Jo (Joshua Tellefsen) of Centralia; his siblings, Rod (Kay Burr) of Lomax, IL, Samuel Burr of LaHarpe, Sharon (Richard Reed) of Terre Haute, IL, Beth Todd of Terre Haute, IL and Rose (Tom Lorenzen) of Salem, Iowa; his sister-in-law Bobbie Farris of Sandoval; his grandchildren, Jai Stevenson, Dallas Burr, Harlow Tellefsen and Meadow Tellefsen; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Wilmoth III, Allie VonBurg and Andy VonBurg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
