She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore R. "Spud" Bond and Dorothy Bond (Richards); and her nephew Scott Bassen. She is survived by: her husband Harold Phelps of Centralia; her daughter Leigh Ann Cox (Dave) of Pekin; her grandchildren, Emily Waller (Mitch) of South Carolina, Brittany Cox (Karl) of Granite City and Michael Orwig of Pekin; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Waller and Lincoln Waller; and her sisters, Jana Hill (Steve) of Cary and Jean Bassen (Roy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
