She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Tyo and Lillian M. McCassey; her husband George C. Lackey; her sister Nancy Piontek (Walter) of Virginia; and her children, George T. Lackey (LeeAnn) of Centralia, IL, Dr. Margaret Lackey of Denver, CO, Douglas Lackey of Naples, FL, Helen Lackey DeNigris (Marc) of East Haven, CN, David Lackey (Tammy) of Alton, IL, Nancy Lackey of Centralia and Matthew Lackey of Jacksonville, FL.. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
A visitation time to offer condolences to Patricia's family will be held from 5:00 P. M. – 7:00 P. M. Thursday, November 12, 2020 P. M. at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia, where those in attendance will be asked to wear a mask and the number of people in the funeral home at one time will be limited.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Patricia's honor to the family's wishes.
