She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Patterson and Haddie Elizabeth Patterson; and her sister Janice. She is survived by: her husband Larry Sherman Harnden; her pet Skippy; her daughter Debbie Gunst of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Joseph and Jessie; her sister Deanna Patterson of Washington State; and her brothers-in-law, Terry L. Harnden (Debbie) of Winchester and Gary L. Harnden of Sandoval, Illinois.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
