He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen F Border Sr. and Grace Border (Phelps); and his wife Margaret Kohrig. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Border of Centralia and Greta Johnson (Justin) of Texas; his granddaughter Sophia Johnson of Texas; his sisters, Lena Knight of St. Louis, Martha Baggett of Salem and Saundra Harrison (Rocky Sr.) of Georgia; and his close friend Joice Litvinas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
