She is survived by: her mother Alice Kay Slusher (Clark) of Centralia, Illinois; her daughter Tess Rachelle Slusher (Nick Walton) of Centralia, Illinois; her grandchildren, Dayton Slusher, Madalynn McCoy and Jaysie Walton; her siblings, Ronald Edward Slusher (Sherri Renee) of Rantoul, Illinois, Christina Slusher (Quincy Jones) of Centralia and Allison Opolony (Jason) of Centralia, Illinois; her aunts and uncles, Ed Clark (JoAnn) of Centralia, Robert Clark of Carlyle, Donald Slusher (Debbie) of Arkansas, Beverly Fechtler of Florida and Christena Slusher of Arizona; her nieces and nephews, Josh, Alexis, Kayla, Seth, Tony, Katrice, Nick, Kira, Chase and Riley; and her close friends, Alena Smith Morris of Centralia, Lisa Reynolds Coffey of Davenport, Renee Erlinger Smolley of Richview and John Bowlby of Saint Louis, Missouri..
