It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Kay Clements of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Potter and Helen Potter (Blasdel); her husband Elvin Clements; and her sisters, Debra Webb, JoAnn VanHaulst and Susie Sizemore.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Clements (Timothy Barber) of Osceola, IN, Carrey Vogel (Douglas) of Elkhart, IN and Patricia Stickney of Mishawaka, IN; her grandchildren, Kaylee Arnold (Brian), Jordan Clements, Kyle McOwen, Adam Stickney, Dorthia Vogel and Christina Vogel; her great grandchildren, Zoey Rodriguez, Maddison Arnold, Zane Arnold and Zander Clements; and her siblings, Rick Potter (Joyce), Charles "Mike" Potter, Tom Potter, Douglas Potter (Dana), Phillip Potter (Nancy), Patty Kafuren, Alice Potter and Becky Kramer. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
