Naioma Offutt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Naioma Offutt of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Offutt; her daughter Robie Nadine Green; and her parents, Clifford Piphus and Mazzie Piphus. She is survived by: her children, Gehrkey R. Bowers, Felton J. Offutt (Deana) and Dara "Penny" Offutt (William); her son-in-law Larry Green of New Baden; and her siblings, Vertice Piphus, Artuay Piphus, Freddie Piphus, Laurence Piphus, Willa Mae Bellows, Ollie Sue Jones, Hattie Piphus, Mattie Bradford and Aline Vaughn. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Bethel Baptist Church (501 N Sycamore St, Centralia, IL 62801). A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
