He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Melvin and Mildred Lois Dagley (Glascock); his brother John Charles "Jack" Dagley; and his sister-in-law Billie Dagley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Dagley; his children, Terry Dagley (Vicki) and Kylene Hoelscher (Larry) of Centralia; his grandchildren, Bridget Laswell (Gary) of Las Vegas, Corey Dagley of Fairview Heights, Caleb Hoelscher (Cassidy) of Edwardsville and Caitlin Geisler (Michael) of Troy; and his great grandchildren, Chance Laswell, Layne Laswell, Dawson Dagley, Gracelyn Geisler, Cooper Hoelscher and Grady Geisler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Mickey's honor to Shriners Children's Hospital.
