It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maxine Hamburg of Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Flowers and Ola Flowers (Boem); her husband Jerry Hamburg; her siblings, Wilma Hake, Willa Lindsay, Charles "Bud" Flowers and J. W. Flowers; and her son Brett Hamburg.
She is survived by: her son Mike Hamburg (Laura) of Texas; her grandchildren, Jeff Hamburg, Debi Dillon, Jennifer Ward, Mellany Holloway and Scott Leavitt; and her sister Darlene Edwards of Centralia. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Maxine's honor to the Centralia Humane Society.
