She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milton Cowan and Neva Helen Cowan (Hughes); her adoptive mother Nova Weems; her husband James Jr. Tabor; her children, James "Jay" S. Tabor (Micki) of Centralia, Deborah R. White of Centralia, Cheryl L. Tabor of Centralia, Janice M. Rector (Garry) of Owensville, MO, Diana R. Pace of Evansville, IN, Donna R. Gibson (Mark Lee) and Rebecca E. Tabor of Centralia; and her siblings, Curtis Wilburn Cowan, Velma Jean Cowan and Wilma Louise Puckett. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
