She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Gilmore Brooks and Esther Brooks (Finkbiner); her daughter Trina Dawn Szarek; and her grandson Frankie Szarek III. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Jordan (Reba) of Camden, Terry Jordan of Tennessee, Tammy Parker of Tennessee, Frank Szarek II (Christina) of Hoffman, Spencer Szarek of Mt. Vernon and Danny Szarek of Bonnie, Illinois; her grandchildren, Andrew Tyler Szarek, Taylor Nicole Keele, Zephanie Szarek, Stephen Szarek, Christopher Jordan, Raedan Szarek, Gavin Knolhoff, Holden Asencio, Leah Hulin, Kaylee Szarek, Mason Szarek, Michael Hooten, Kayla Hooten, Austin Hooten and Jacob Hooten; her sister Jane Edward of Opdyke, Illinois; and her close friend Zed Zortman.
