She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen and Audrey McIntire (Grim); and her sons, Mike McGuire and Mark McGuire. She is survived by: her former spouse Billie McGuire; her children, Karen Wilson (Garry) of Tracy, CA, Jeanette Davis (Doug) of Odin and Matthew McGuire of Centralia; her grandchildren, Quintin, Lincoln, Reed, Lindsay, Ashley, Brittany, Paul and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Ryder, Natalie, Audrey, Sylas, Jace, Colton and Luke; and her siblings, Mike McIntire, Larry McIntire, Nancy Skinner and Betty Rivley.

Memorials may be made in Mary Ann's honor to Centralia Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
