She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Warden and Lillian Warden (Gibbs); her siblings, Rex, Ron, Gary Warden and Tamera Carin; and her siblings-in-law, Alta Shanafelt, Norma Branson, Jim Davis, Bill Wutzler, Raymond Swartzlander, John Branson, Bill Shanafelt and Ray Albert, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Charles Allen Albert; her daughters, Monique Hortenstine of Effingham and Nicole Marcum (Tony) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Samantha Brooks, Rebekah Brooks, Andrea Hortenstine, Danny Hortenstine, Alexandra Brooks and Tommy Hortenstine; her siblings, Mike Warden of Centralia, Marlene Davis, Janice Irvin of Centralia and Brenda Wutzler of Odin; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Warden of Salem and Carolyn Albert of Odin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
