She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Hutchinson and Mary Elizabeth Hutchinson (Hall); her former husband William Scott "Bill" Ray; her husband Wesley Harlen "Wes" Steed, Sr.; and her siblings, Billy Hutchinson, Carolyn Hutchinson, Delores Hutchinson, Joe Hutchinson, Jerry Hutchinson, Mary, Shirley Corley, Louise Swanson and Brenda.
She is survived by: her children, Shelley Rose of Centralia, Crystal Lynn Rainey (Daniel) of Springfield, Christopher Lee Ray (Heather Spirito) of Centralia and Netty Spirito; her grandchildren, Susan Rainey, Breanna Rainey, Caitlin Rainey, Quentin Graham, Ali Ray, Abby Ray, Trentin, Amiya Ray and Alayna Ray; and her sister Millie O'Neal of Centralia, Illinois.. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Steed's memory to the Centralia City School's Libraries and will be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois, where you may call (618) 532-7321 for additional arrangements.
