With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaVerne Daum of Centralia, Illinois, born in Hoyleton, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Hartlipp and Amanda Hartlipp (Jones); and her husband Wilfred Wilson Daum. She is survived by: her children, Dean Michael Daum of Centralia and Cheryl Cynthia Marsh (Myron) of Broken Bow, NE; her grandchildren, Adam Kuenning (Sarah) of Omaha, NE, Michael Daum of Jeju and Kimberly Franklin (Dusty) of Centralia; her great grandchildren, Amelia A. Kuenning and Violet Franklin; and her brothers-in-law, Paul Meyer of Pacific, MO, Harold Daum of Granite City, Ronnie Daum of Nashville, IL and GaryDaum of Kincaid, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Central Christian Church or Trinity Lutheran School of Centralia and will be accepted at the Sutherland-GarnierFuneral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street Centralia, Illinois 62801, who is honored to be of service to the Daum Family.
