He is survived by: his father Norman Bourque of Covington; his children, Elizabeth Bourque of Centralia and Josh Bourque of Centralia; his grandsons, Wyatt of Centralia, Kaleb of Centralia and Tristan of Centralia; and his siblings, Norman Bourque, Jr. of Louisiana, Susan Blackard of Louisiana, Lisa Bourque King of Florida and Sylvia Paquin of Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
