With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kurtis Corky Ott (Centralia, Illinois), who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis M. Ott and Louise Ott (Johnson); his brother Frank Ott (Lois) of Centralia; his niece Ashlie Costello (Kent) of Ballwin, MO; his nephews, Keller Costello, Kash Costello and Kendalen Costello; his grandchildren, Killian Merrell, Chance Merrell, Ozzy Balazi and Lauren Balazi; and also Jeron Balazi (Brian) of Salem.
In memory of Corky, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home at 235 North Sycamore Street in Centralia, Illinois 62801 (618) 532-3523, who is honored to be of service to the Ott family.
