He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Belcher and Violet Belcher; his sister Kay R. Nelson; and his son Garry G. Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Flanagan; his daughter Charlene Lawrence (Lavonda) of Centralia; his stepson Chris Bradford (Amy) of Lebanon, TN; his grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb and Abby of Lebanon, TN; and his sister Karen Hutson (David) of Walnut Hill.
Memorials may be made in Brother Kenny's honor to the Military Honor Guard in Centralia and will be accepted at the funeral home.
