She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Scott and Gladys Scott (Barron); her former husbands, Lawrence Kuester and John English; and her siblings, Winnie Bailey and Raymond Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Terry English (Patricia Kennedy Port) and Carol Phelps (David Sr.) of Centralia; her stepchildren, John Kuester (Helen) of Centralia and Barbara Kyker (Patrick) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Christy Rascher (Kerry) of Flora, Shelley Koelmel (Rodney) of Shattuc, Michael English (Stacy) of Shattuc, Aaron Stover (Janice) of Kentucky and Jason Kuester of Centralia; and her great grandchildren, Hanna Allison (Bobby), Jacob, Jenna, Jaelyn Koelmel, Averie Stover, Noah Stover, Jayden English, Brayden and Hayley Kuester. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Kay's honor to First Christian Church Disciples of Christ or Zion United Church of Christ.
