She was predeceased by: her father George McCormick; and her husband Curtis Shaw. She is survived by: her mother Mary McCormick (Smith) of Centralia; her children, Robby Shaw and Ryan Shaw; her grandson Owen Shaw; and her sister Paula Hancock of Centralia.
Memorials may be made in Kathy's honor to the Family's Wishes and will be accepted for her family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
