She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tippit and Helen M. Tippit (Embry); her husband Dean E. Francois, Sr.; and her brothers, Fred Tippit and Carl Tippit.
She is survived by: her children, Dean E. Francois, Jr., Mike R. Francois (Sue) of Walnut Hill, Patricia A. Pettit (Bill) of Champaign and Alice M. Krupp (Dennis) of Centralia, Illinois; her grandchildren, Joshua Francois, Jacob Francois, Benjamin Francois, James Francois (Lisa), Joe Francois (Tracy), Julie Fruendt (Kevan), Angela Prosise (Larry Smith), Michael Prosise (Katie), Sarah Mahle (Galen) and Adam Krupp (Aleshia); and her sister-in-law Barbara Francois of Centralia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Francois' honor to the St. Mary School in Centralia, Illinois or St. Mary Catholic Church in Centralia, Illinois and will be received by the Moran Queen-Boggs Funeral Home at 134 South Elm Street in Centralia, Illinois.
