She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Balch and Joan Balch; her husband Stephen Gilbert; and her granddaughters, Brittany Ann and Brianna Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Pitts (Owen) of Walnut Hill and Robert Gilbert (Cristy) of Walnut Hill; and her siblings, Mary VanKammen, John Balch and Rick Balch (Diane). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
