He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol Ingold of Centralia; his children, Joseph Groh of Centralia, Ashley Melvin (Brian) of Richview, Justin Groh of St. Charles and Angelica Groh of Carlyle; his grandchildren, Braylen Melvin, Asher Melvin, Gracelynn Groh, Carter Groh and Camryn McDaniel; and his siblings, Nicholas Clark of Chicago, Donna Phelps of Centralia and Kathy Clark of Chicago. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
